After a killer workout this hit the spot… Sooo good.
1 C Soy Milk, organic, unsweetened (or other non-dairy milk)
1 Scoop Juice Plus Complete shake mix in French Vanilla
2 handfuls spinach or other greens
2 tsp Maca Powder
1 Banana, frozen
Blend on high till smooth… Then with blender running drop in frozen cubes of WATERMELON…probably around 2 cups worth… The result is like a Frosty consistency … I’m not even kidding. It’s so good.
Sometimes I use turmeric instead of Maca…. Give it a go.
