Green Peanut Butter Smoothie


Gotta love a green smoothie…. they are so full of nutrition and fiber. And what’s not to like about peanut butter… except the fat maybe… so check out PB2 which is peanut butter with the fat squeezed out of it till it’s a powder. It’s yummy… I promise.


Green Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • 2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop Juice Plus French Vanilla Complete
  • 2 TB PB2
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 handfuls organic baby spinach
  • 1 TB agave nectar (optional – taste it first before adding)
Blend on high till smooth.
This makes a large green smoothie so you can share with your spouse if you like… or do like I do and put the lid on the blender container and throw it in the fridge for an afternoon snack.
