Peanut Butter Smoothie (low fat)


I’m not sure why I keep taking pictures of the smoothies I make in the morning….. 99% of them are some shade of green…. but that just means they are really good for you. Enjoy.


This is a smoothie recipe for those who love peanut butter but not all the fat. It’s really creamy and yummy. 

Throw in the blender …

  • 1 Scoop French Vanilla Juice Plus Complete
  • 2 Tb PB2
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 C. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 3 ice cubes

Slowly turn blender to high till there are no more little pieces of spinach.
